The Doctors of the Practice

 


Dr. Adam S. Foleck, DMD.

        Dr. Foleck received his undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his dental training from Temple University School of Dentistry where he graduated in 1997. He continued his post-graduate training in an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center/School of Dentistry. The program allowed for a concentration in implants and cosmetic dentistry which he completed in 1998 and afterwards relocated to Norfolk, VA to enter private practice. In 2002, he completed the MAXI/Implant program, a year long implant course at the Medical College of Georgia and in Atlanta. In 2004, he received an Associate Fellowship standing in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.  In 2011, he was one of only thirteen in North America to receive Diplomate status in the American Board of Oral Implantology. He became a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2012 and an Honored Fellow in 2014

The Diplomate and the Fellow status are the highest credentialed recognitions in Implant Dentistry.

   Dr. Foleck continues to lecture in the United States and internationally on implants and CAD/CAM surgical integration, as well as mentor dentists interested in implant dentistry. He also lectures on Practice Management and Marketing Techniques for Dental Practices.  His affiliations include membership in the Tidewater Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Board of Oral Implantology.  He has served as chairman on several committees for the American Academy of Implant Dentistry as well as participated on other committees. He is a former President for the Southern District of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and has served as a Trustee the National Board.  He is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Norfolk and giving of his time to charitable organizations.  Dr. Foleck enjoys training and participating in triathlons, traveling, and spending time with his wife and children.

 


 

       

Dr. Francisco Limon

 Dr. Limon graduated from the University of Texas, School of Dentistry in Houston TX and completed his residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2012 at the University Dental Center in Houston TX.  During his residency he was awarded the resident of the year award.  Dr. Limon has enjoyed working as an associate dentist since 2012. While enjoying all aspects of dentistry, Dr. Limon really enjoys cosmetic dentistry, in particular crown, bridge, and veneer work. Dr. Limon’s work experience has given him the opportunity to work with children and adults alike, making him an excellent choice for a family dentist.

When not in the dental office, Dr. Limon spends time on continuing education in order to stay abreast of all the new dentistry innovations, including new techniques and technology.  In his time away from work he enjoys outdoor sports and is a huge fan of road cycling.

 


  

 


Dr. Ronald I. Lefton

Dr. Lefton completed his undergraduate education at the University of Maryland-College Park. He was awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry-Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1975. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Lefton served as an officer in the United States Naval Dental Corps at Portsmouth Naval Hospital prior to opening his private practice in Virginia Beach. He recently joined The Foleck Center and enjoys treating patients of all ages and providing exceptional dental care in all facets of general dentistry health care.

Dr. Lefton is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Virginia Dental Association, the Tidewater Dental Association, and the Virginia Beach Dental Study Club. Dr. Lefton is dedicated to continuing his dental education and attends dental seminars, courses, lectures, and online dental webinars year-round to learn about advancements in technology and innovative dental care. Dr. Lefton has a special interest in nutrition, health, diet, and the multifaceted relationship they provide in maintaining dental health, as well as comprehensive health for our patients.

Dr. Lefton is an avid sports fan, participating on two softball teams, and plays golf regularly. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Lenore, their two sons, daughter-in-law, and young grandson.



 

 

 

Dr. John L. Kordulak

Dr. Kordulak is a Hampton Roads native. He attended undergrad school at North Carolina Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount, NC earning a Bachelor of Science Degree. He then earned a Doctor Of Dental Surgery degree at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. Dr. Kordulak spent the next 8 years in active duty traveling to NC, Germany and Virginia. After active duty came 2 years in the Army Reserve with the 56th Field Hospital in Richmond, Va and then several years as a Individual Ready Reservist. Before recently joining The Foleck Center, Dr. Kordulak had been in private dental practice since 1981.

Dr. Kordulak’s professional affiliations include the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Association For Orthodontics, and Dental Sleep Solutions. In order to provide his patients with up to date treatment, Dr. Kordulak attends at least one orthodontic, general dental, and sleep dentistry course every year offering an alternative to CPAP users. He is particularly interested in facial growth and the effects of our environment on it, and sleep disorders and its correlation with high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and overall health and well being.

Dr. Kordulak enjoys learning new innovative dental procedures, spending quality time with his wife of 43 years, Brenda, his two grown children and active 7 y.o. grandson, boating on Back Bay, reading and hosting friends and family.

 




Dr. Jo-Marie Maniwang

Dr. Maniwang received her undergraduate education from Radford University and her dental training from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004. After graduating, Dr. Maniwang began practicing in the Hampton Roads area and was immediately drawn to the rewarding practice of children and family dentistry, where she can utilize all of her cosmetic and general dentistry skills.

Dr. Maniwang enjoys treating patients of all ages, and making sure everyone has a pleasant dental experience. Dr. Maniwang enjoys volunteering in dental outreach programs. In Hampton Roads she has volunteered with Donated Dental Services, Mission of Mercy, and the Chesapeake Care Clinic. She has also traveled internationally to Honduras, Nicaragua, and Jamaica for dental missions.

In her spare time, Dr. Maniwang is developing a preventative dental program for school-aged children with limited access to dental care. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

 



Dr. Eli Sweiry 

Dr. Sweiry received his undergraduate degree from Queens College in New York and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia in 2000.  After graduating from dental school, Dr. Sweiry opened a private practice in Virginia Beach.

In his pursuit of learning about dental implants, Dr. Sweiry completed his training in implant dentistry in 2015 and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He recently joined The Foleck Center family and looks forward to working in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry.

 In his spare time, Dr. Sweiry enjoys traveling and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
